Completing this form enrolls your student(s) in the Independent Education Program. You may enroll multiple children in this form. Once the Enrollment fee(s) have been paid, your family will be able to register for classes when Class Registration opens.

Photo of each student - not required, but very helpful
Your student(s) - there is a section of this form for students to complete

The IEProgram is proud of the work its students do. Student achievements and work, student names, and occasionally age/grade are sometimes posted on websites, social media channels, and in emails.

Student and/or parent information is never sold. All information is kept as private and confidential as possible.
